Our Troop meets on the first, third, and fifth (if applicable) Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 8:30 PM at St. Margaret of Scotland Church in Newark, DE.  (Directions

If you are interested in a youth-led, adventurous Scouting program, we welcome you to visit us. Stop by one of our meetings, or contact our Scoutmaster or Committee Chairman.

This is the first time our Troop will venture to Camp Conestoga in Somerset PA and it looks to be a great time! 

We will be attending the second week of activities for the Camp from June 26 through July 2.

  1.  Click the 'YOUTH PROTECTION' link under the left-side Menu of the webpage.
  2.  REVIEW the policies and requirements for Troop 283.
  3.  Follow this link to the registration event.  Once on the event, REGISTER to acknowledge that you've read and understand the Youth Protection policies.

This will 'sign off' that you have taken the Youth Protection Pledge for this year.
